That's an artifact of RUNTESTS (note the missing "FULL") having left behind temporary files that it shouldn't have. You should be able to safely remove the temptests directory (and maybe it should be created up above instead too). FYI, that file should have never been run from MAKEFULLTESTS if you only ran "make test". It should have only been run under "make testall", but you said you ran "make test".
