I assume you mean that the NEWS file snippet is missing the entries from
the log output?

BVA> $ svn propget --revprop svn:log -r18825
BVA> CHANGES: Cygwin: libnetsnmp does now build as a DLL when configured with
BVA> --enable-shared.
BVA> CHANGES: Cygwin: perl modules do now build (--with-perl-modules).

Those are in the CHANGES file. The file I was quoting from was the NEWS
file not the CHANGES file.

BVA> $ svn propget --revprop svn:log -r19073
BVA> NEWS: MinGW: the snmpd.conf keyword extend does now work.
BVA> NEWS: MinGW: the snmptrapd.conf keyword traphandle does now work.

Those do seem to be missing, and I'll go add them.

BVA> CHANGES: MinGW: run_shell_command() with either input or output (but not
BVA> both) does now work.

That's in the CHANGES file.
