Hi, I'm Jeff and I like Net-SNMP.

I don't particularly like Windows as a platform, but my work often
requires me to manage Windows systems, and I would like to see the
Net-SNMP agent become a first-class management agent on Windows. This
fact forms the self-interested basis of the offer that follows.

My employer has a continuous-integration setup using Atlassian Bamboo
(thanks to Atlassian for providing a no-cost license) which we use to
produce the official builds of OpenNMS and our other projects. We would
be happy to add a build slave to our setup which builds and unit-tests
Net-SNMP on Windows. I've just floated this idea on the IRC channel and
there seems to be interest.

I don't think there's a question of value, but would this effort be
redundant with something that anyone else has in the works?

Best regards,
-jeff
