Sorry for the delayed response. The agent is pretty complicated. What exactly are you trying to understand? The agent, or a mib module? For the agent, there really isn't going to be much documentation besides the code. Stepping through it with the debugger might help. For mib modules, there are tutorials on the web site and of course all the code in agent/mibgroup/ to serve as examples.
