No. If you're happy to use the "exec/execfix" approach, then you
don't *need* to create a new private MIB. The necessary MIB is
already defined and implemented.

(At a guess, it's probably '1', but it might not be).
Try
snmpwalk .... UCD-SNMP-MIB::extTable
and this should show what value to use for N.
