There should be a file   "EXAMPLE.conf"  as part of the source tarball,
which might act as a suitable starting pooint.

Or have a look at 'snmpd.conf(5)'

Or there are a few snippets in the FAQ - which should be sufficient
to get you going.

It's impossible to be more specific without some knowledge about
what exactly you're wanting to do.
