Sorry - it's not particularly clear what you mean by that question. If you're talking about the port that a management application uses to send out SNMP requests, then this doesn't really matter - requests can be sent out from *any* port, and the responses will be returned to the same port. It's the *agent* that needs to listen on a specific "well-known" port number. If that's not what you mean, you'll have to elaborate a bit more.
