On looking closely at the file ./agent/mibgroup/if-mib/data_access/interface_linux.c
we find the routine netsnmp_arch_interface_get_if_speed() and from what I can see of the implementation, it does not support the determination of network interface speeds in excess of 100MBit/Second.
