Checking the source, it looks as if the routine 'netsnmp_daemonize'
was introduced as part of the 5.1.x line.  Is it possible that you're
running a 5.1.x agent but it's picking up a 5.0.x version of the library?

Did you compile everything from scratch, or are you working with
pre-installed binaries?

That's not uncommon - particularly if the agent supports the Host Resources
MIB.   It needs to be able to query the RPM database in order to support
the hrSWInstalled group.
