Interesting. I checked, and some of the devel rpms have been doing this for
a
long time. The 5.1.2 rpms are wrong, 5.2 for fc2 is ok, but ydl4 is wrong
too.
I'm looking into it. In the meantime, you might just want to move them by
hand.
rpm -ql net-snmp-devel will list the installed file, so you'll know what to
move.
