snmpd: send_trap: Timeout does not appear on screen. and am sending the trap to the local machine. It works fine. Now if i need to send TRAP to a remote machine(192.169.10.2) does changing the localhost address to this address solve the problem.???? Or as u have mentioned in one of your previous mails to use a SCRIPT. If so how do i integrate with the SNMPD file.
