Help snmpd.conf problem

Hi, all:
          I want to contact the SNMP agent by the remote PC
          How to write the snmpd.conf?
          The remote PC IP address is 2.59.74.1
 
          now configration:
          com2sec      local   localhost   public 
          com2sec      finfin   2.59.74.1   public

          What's wrong is it ?
          If I want to any remote to contact the SNMP agent
          How to write the snmpd.conf?
          Please help me
