I use win 2003 server, snmp 5.1.3.1, activestate perl and cygwin current
release with cygwin regex installed.
Try patch 1258146. It should allow 5.1.3.1 and the current V5-1-Patches
CVS branch compile with Cygwin. This fix will be included in the next
5.1.x release.
