Yes, I just copy snmpd and relevant dynamical library to a new environment, and 
run it without installation.

This is a libtoolized snmpd as created during the build process. It 
means you're either running from the *source* dir (instead of the 
install dir) or haven't installed it properly (do a proper "make 
install" instead, then).
