perl mod compile issues

Not sure if this is the right list,  let me know if I am wrong and I will put it into one of the other lists.

I am trying to compile the perl modules for net-snmp-5.2.1.1  I am getting the following error:

Let me know if anything more is needed to help out.  All I thought looked good, I was able to make, make install net-snmp with no issues.
