Yes - if the agent is configured to run as an AgentX master
*and* to listen on this port. But by default, it just uses
the local named socket - it won't listen for network
connections unless you explicitly tell it to.
Note that there is effectively no security with the AgentX
protocol, so accepting AgentX connections over the network
can be a dangerous thing to do.
