Uninstall error

I got this error while commiting 'make uninstall' for net-snmp-5.2.1.2:

Uninstall is unsafe and deprecated, the uninstallation was not performed.
We will show what would have been done.

1) Does this happen on all installations, or is mine messed up?

    ( I installed it to a different prefix than the defaulr /usr/local/)
