Hi,

We tried net-snmp 5.3.0.1 on a IPv6 network. It seems to run fine.
The manuals will explain how to set up your configuration.

See
man snmpd
man snmpd.conf

As for the IPv6 mibs, we recompiled net-snmp with the following flags;

./configure --prefix=/usr --with-openssl=/usr \
    --with-persistent-directory="/var/net-snmp" \
    --with-logfile="/var/log/snmpd.log" \
    --with-mib-modules="mibII/ipv6" \
    --enable-mfd-rewrites \
    --enable-ipv6

Hope this helps,
Cheers, Birgit
