It might be helpful to point out that this is an excellent use for private IANA OIDs.
Also, an example output of the a shell script manual run compared to an SNMP GET from snmpget(1) would be useful.
Also, my favorite feature of the 'pass' feature is how it doesn't error to the logs if it fails to exec (unless you turn up the verbosity).
