No - it's a fundamental part of SNMP.
You can *NOT* have a table-within-a-table

It is quite possible that particular management tools will take a pair
of parallel tables and *display* them as if one was within the other.
But it's not possible to *define* them as such - SNMP does not support
this.  Full Stop.

I can dig out chapter and verse if you don't believe me?
