Nope.
"cliendaddr" (and supporting code) is the mechanism we installed for
addressing this need.
You could perhaps consider applying the relevant patches to your code
- see revision 5.11 of snmplib/snmpUDPDomain.c, revisions 5.43 and
5.63 of snmplib/snmp_api.c and 5.11 of default_store.h.
   (There may be other relevant changes as well, but those seem the most vital)

Note that this feature has been available for almost three years now
(and the 5.0.9 release is almost that old too).  A *lot* has changed
in the meantime, so you will increasingly run into this sort of
problem.  And we don't really have the resources to continue support
such old code.

I realise that it's not always possible to upgrade, but any questions
about these old lines are very likely to be answered with "fixed in
5.x".   And the 5.0.x line has now been closed down, so we wouldn't
expect to do any further active work on it.

I would *strongly* encourage you (or your vendor) to consider
switching to a more recent version fo the Net-SNMP code.
