Hello All,
I am using Net-SNMP 5.3.1.
We are getting some error messages in snmpd log file if we configure the
SNMP Agent to report both V1 and V2 traps as below.
trapsink 10.0.0.4 public localhost
trap2sink 10.0.0.5 public localhost
The err messages : "snmpd: send_trap: Cannot send V1 PDU on V2 session"
are coming in the snmpd log file :/var/ipworks/logs/snmpd.log file once for
each trap
Is there any limitation on Net-SNMP to support both V1 and V2 traps format
at the same time. Any help on this problem is very much appreciated.
