I don't believe that information is currently provided by the agent, because no-one has written the necessary code. Basically what would be required is a suitable code file 'agent/mibgroup/hardware/cpu/cpu_windows.c' comparable to the other files in that directory, but retrieving this information from the underlying Windows O/S. Similarly for the load average figures (see 'ucd-snmp/loadave.c') If you can provide the necessary code, we would be happy to include this in future releases of the software.
