Strange - that ought to trigger a usage error.
Try
snmptrap -v 1 -c public localhost '' 0 0 ''

authcommunity log,execute.net public
would be a sensible starting point.
After that, you'll need to decide what you want snmptrapd
to do, before we could advise you how to configure it.
