Have a look at the code:
> session.peername = "test.net-snmp.org";

This is talking to the demo server on "test.net-snmp.org", not your
local snmpd agent. So no, you won't ever see any traffic to your agent.
I'm not sure whether the demo server is working at the moment or not.
