OK - that last is probably the most important thing to concentrate on initially.
Try stripping your snmpd.conf file down to the bare minimum:

    rocommunity public
    disk /  90%

restart the agent, and run:

   snmpgetnext -v 2c -c public ....  dskTable


What do you see?
