Then I suspect you're out of luck.
The agent can only report the information that it's been coded
to handle.   If it doesn't contain code to look for the duplex status
of a device, then it can't report that information.

You could try asking Cisco whether they suppport the EtherLike-MIB,
but it wouldn't surprise me if they said no.

Oh, I agree.   Adding support for the EtherLike-MIB would be well worth
doing.  If anyone wishes to volunteer to implement this, they would be
welcomed with open arms, riches, fame and immortality  (or some
subset of these).

The main problem with an Open Source project like Net-SNMP is that
it is dependent on volunteer labour to do anything.  So coding tends to
get done by the person who actually wants that functionality the most.
