There is no standard MIB (or Net-SNMP specific MIB) that includes
a facility to reboot the system.  You would need to define your own
MIB to implement this.

You could perhaps (ab)use the 'execFix" or (better) "extendFix" directives
to implement this behaviour.     But make sure that the access control
settings are secure if you do.   (Setting a rwcommunity of "public" would
be a Really Bad Idea!!)
