The C code is a little too much for me to process right now but I have
determined I can monitor the one process I was unable to monitoring with the
15 character name.

I am still having issues with other processes being misreported.

The /proc/<pid>/status 15 character limit seems to be a limit of the linux
kernel. Is this expected?
