Ignore those - they're harmless.

You need an snmpd.conf file, with the appropriate access control
entries in it. Otherwise the agent doesn't know which community
strings (or SNMPv3 users) are approved for running queries.
Start with the line
rocommunity public
which isn't particularly secure, but should at least get you started.
