There is a standard IETF MIB for monitoring UPS information.
See RFC 1628 (UPS-MIB).   You'd need to look at implementing
this yourself - the Net-SNMP agent doesn't currently include
the code to support this MIB.


Alternatively, the LM-SENSORS-MIB includes support for
voltage sensors (typically monitoring power to the motherboard
rather than the main power supply).   That might provide some
of the information you are looking for.
