Hello,

Is there any way to control the order in which MIBs are loaded? Is
there a way to see the order?

Thoughts?

Subject: control the order in which mibs are loaded?

Hello,

Is there any way to control the order in which MIBs are loaded? Is
there a way to see the order?

I'm having a heck of a time getting snmptrapd or snmptranslate to turn
traps from our UPS into human-readable output. The readme file that
comes with the package of Liebert MIBs (which includes their own version
of the RFC1628 UPS MIB) notes that all of the "LIEBERT*" MIBs must be
loaded before the one for RFC1628, but I haven't found anything in the
man pages suggesting how to control the loading order.

Software is Net-SNMP 5.3.1 on RHEL5 64-bit. I've put in a simple trap
handler that just dumps the output from snmptrapd into a log file with a
datestamp and it's printing stuff like this for the test traps I'm
sending to it:

Datestamp: Fri Jul 18 17:35:20 2008
Trap: <UNKNOWN>
