Hi,

You can simply use trapsink for V1 traps

Sysntax:

# trapsink: A SNMPv1 trap receiver

# arguments: host [community] [portnum]

Eg:

     trapsink 127.0.0.1

thanks.

Subject: configure agent address for TRAP PDU

Hi,

How can i configure the "agent address" field present in the v1 TRAP
PDU.

I have tried following option given in net-snmp man page of "snmp.conf",
but it seems to be of no help.

clientaddr [<transport-specifier>:]<transport-address>
