Hi All,
As netsnmp-5.4.2.1 has by default set the engine id as
engineIDType = ENGINEID_TYPE_NETSNMP_RND
But I have a doubt regarding the above.
What should be default type ?
as we have other options also as below
#define ENGINEID_TYPE_IPV4 1
#define ENGINEID_TYPE_IPV6 2
#define ENGINEID_TYPE_MACADDR 3
#define ENGINEID_TYPE_TEXT 4
#define ENGINEID_TYPE_NETSNMP_RND 128
On what basic we need to decide what should be the engine ID type ?
