I don't think you can build without v3.

Perhaps you should use --with-mib-modules="mine" instead of trying to
exclude everything.

We don't know. We keep getting requests from folk working on embedded
agents, we keep asking them to pass along anything they learn, and they keep
not writing back. Circle of life...
If you're using --enable-mini-agent, I don't think you need most of
those flags, BTW...

Try --enable-internal-md5. I think v3 mandates an MD5 implementation.
