I have perform following operations on Debian(Linux 2.6.24-1-686)
(1) wget
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/net-snmp/net-snmp/5.4.2.1/net-snmp-5.4.2.1.tar.gz?use_mirror=voxel
(2) tar -xzvf net-snmp-5.4.2.1.tar.gz
(3) cd net-snmp-5.4.2.1
(4) ./configure --with-mib-modules="disman/ping-mib disman/traceroute-mib"
(5) The following errors are given:

file or directory
