I found out that RPM installation always gave me duplicate traps, while using
"make install" to install the snmp didn't have the duplicated traps.
But for me, monitor -S option didn't work for either RPM installation or "make
install" installation.
Can you give me some insight on how to debug "-S" option? Or how to manually
suppress the initial flood of traps when the agent starts?
