A common concern.

Incorrect. The MIB files only describe the interface, they do not
implement it. Having these files in your MIB directory only allows
translations between the symbolic names they define and the OIDs/types they
refer to.
Check out the "-I" flag of snmpd to disable these MIB modules. If you
want the functionality, but want the information in these MIBs hidden, then
VACM is your friend.
