Is there any chance to change the code for OSPF-MIB, to make it writeble?
Does this mean that all protocols (RIP,OSPF and BGP) that are supported by SMUX 
are only from monitoring?

    Yep.  The module provides no way to change its values.  That's actually 
common in the SNMP world - monitor-only MIBs.
