Hello,

I have some network-interfaces, that are not always up (ppp-Interfaces,
VPN-Interfaces). Normaly, they have the status "up". But after a short
disconnect, the interfaces are shown as down, even if the Interfaces are
fully functional.
After a restart from snmpd the status of that interfaces are shown
correctly.

Iuse nagios to monitor these interfaces, so a lot of fail-alerts are
effect this.

Any ideas about that?

Regards

Daniel
