Do you mean that it doesn't disable reporting of the ARP table?
Or that it doesn't solve the load issues?

Because if it *does* disable reporting the ARP table,
but the load problem remain, then that would indicate
that the underlying problem is subtly different to what
we first thought.

If it doesn't disable reporting the ARP table, then that's
probably an easier problem to deal with.

Disabling the ARP table shouldn't be affected by this, no.
That's purely a run-time issue.   As long as the agent was
built using the mibII/at.c module  (and I don't believe there's
an alternative implementation?), then "-I-at" should disable this.
