No - you are not.
Both of the snmpwalk output files that you posted initially include
the entry:
SNMPv2-MIB::sysObjectID.0 = OID: SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.11.2.3.2.6
This value indicates the vendor of the SNMP agent.
In particular, 'enterprises.11' corresponds to the HP private tree.
Hence the agent that you are querying is an HP agent,
*not* the Net-SNMP agent.
