No - that won't work.
Remember that as far as SNMP is concerned,
everything is either a single object, or a table.
There's no other data structures available.
  (Hint: Think what the 'S' in SNMP stands for!)


But you could certainly have a table indexed by two values:

    baseOid.1.col."hashKey".hashIndex

That would be implemented in the same way as any other
two-index table.
