First thing - what exactly are you trying to do?
And what exactly are you looking at?
Your comments so far have been somewhat vague:
   "I am able to read it"  - what is "it" here?
   "its Access is set to read-only" - again, what is "it"?
Which particular MIB objects are you looking at?


The ipv4InterfaceTable (and the IPv6 equivalent) are mostly read-only, yes
(apart from the EnableStatus object, which is read-write, but not read-create)

   But the ipAddressTable is specifically designed with the intention
of configuring
IP addresses for a given interface, and hence many of the objects are
read-create,

You shouldn't think of changing standard MIBs, no.
Possibly augment them, but don't change them,
   But I'm not convinced that this is actually necessary.
