I don't believe so, no.
As far as I'm aware, forwarding of traps is currently only possible using
the same version of SNMP as the incoming notification.
Being able to specify a different version, along with controlling the other
administrative settings, would be a useful extension. But as yet, I''m not
aware of anyone writing the necessary code.
