As long as the CPQHLTH-MIB is installed properly (and being read in)
then this should be handled automatically.

Where is the file 'CPQHLTH-MIB.txt' ?
Try copying this MIB to the directory /usr/share/snmp/mibs
and add the option

    +CPQHLTH-MIB

to the snmpget/snmpwalk command you are using.
