No, there was some temporary work done in this area that Net-SNMP
supports but most implementations don't.

The standards world actually reuses a counter64 datatype as a 64 bit
(read-only) number.  See these two TCs in the mibs/HCNUM-TC.txt file:

HCNUM-TC.txt:CounterBasedGauge64 ::= TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
HCNUM-TC.txt:ZeroBasedCounter64 ::= TEXTUAL-CONVENTION
