I have understand SNMP version v3 provides security, I would like to know
how authkey and privkey are used
Eg: If username = test123, authType=MD5, authKey=123Te$t, privType=AES,
privKey=123Te$t
Then usmUser entry
*usmUser 1 3 0x80001f8880a23a831596288e5603043ba4 0x7465737431323300
0x7465737431323300 NULL .1.3.6.1.6.3.10.1.1.2
0x1ca4e6a84849de1dc3176e8b3f9dbfae .1.3.6.1.6.3.10.1.2.4

1. Here localized authkey is *0x1ca4e6a84849de1dc3176e8b3f9dbfae*
localized privkey is *0x1ca4e6a84849de1dc3176e8b3f9dbfae* . Correct me if
it is not correct
2. When and where authkey(localized authkey) being used
3. localized privkey used to encrypt snmp PDU
