In net-snmp 5.7.2, is there an external way (not requiring code modification)
to change the inform sink timeout-retry period (1-second default) to something
else, such as 10 seconds? The traps originate in a subagent. A trap is sent
by the master agent every second for 5 seconds if not acknowledged.
