HighDefinitionLab Bursary Call for Submissions from SOUTH WEST based
practitioners
PVA MediaLab is calling for proposals for 3-minute narrative films to
be shot on HDV format. 8 SOUTH WEST based practitioners will be
commissioned to shoot and edit a new work in three days. We are
looking for exciting narratives, visual flare, new voices and
extraordinary characters. The ability to tell an absorbing story is
more important than previous experience. HDLab aims to encourage new
talent as well as supporting practitioners seeking to develop their
existing careers.
High Definition Lab is a production-led bursary scheme offering
training in the use of HDV format, support to develop skills in the
writing and execution of short film scripts and assistance to create
a culture of making and finishing films quickly and to strict deadlines.
